For services rendered by Melissa Danielle via Honeybee Holistic and parent company, Hol-Life Industries, LLC

Coach/Consultant: Melissa Danielle

Client/Customer/Advertiser: Any individual, group, or company purchasing products or services from Melissa Danielle, Honeybee Holistic, and Hol-Life Industries, LLC

 

Coaching Sessions or Programs

Refunds are given only in the event that Melissa is unable to keep the session.

No refunds will be given for missed appointments.

No refunds will be given on discounted or by donation sessions/programs.

Please allow up to ten days business days for session or program refunds.

Honeybee Holistic Online Community

Clients must demonstrate that they completed the program in full and did not achieve the results promised or expected to receive a full refund.

This means that all steps laid out in blog articles, video, audio, and handouts were completed and followed through on, with unsatisfactory results.

Events: including live, in-person workshops, intensives and retreats

Honeybee Holistic: A full refund of deposits and payments will be returned to the customer for any cancellations prior to the session or the Event start date.

Client: A 50% refund of deposits and payments, less a 20% administrative fee, will be returned to the customer for any cancellations 10 days before the Event start date.

Client: No refunds will be given for any Event for cancellations less than ten days before the Event start date.

No refunds will be given after Event has begun and has been completed.

In the case that a money-back guarantee has been provided along with the Event, then a full refund can be given after the Client or customer has participated in the Event, only upon a written request by Client/customer with reasons stated for dissatisfaction and desired refund.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of refund request.

 

Digital downloads / information products

You have thirty days to request a refund for any product downloaded from this site on behalf of Melissa Danielle, Honeybee Holistic, and Hol-Life Industries, LLC.

No refunds will be given for any discounted or by donation offers.

Refunds will be processed within ten business days of refund request.

 

Tele-Classes; including individual classes and series

Honeybee Holistic: A refund of deposits and payments, less a 20% administrative fee, will be returned to the customer for cancellations 21 days or longer prior to the session to the Event start date.

Client: No refunds will be given for any Tele-Class for customer cancellations less than ten days before the Event start date.

No refunds will be given after Tele-Class has begun and has been completed.

In the case that a money-back guarantee has been provided along with the Tele-Class, then a refund, minus a 20% administrative fee, can be given after the Client or customer has participated in the Tele-Class. A written request by Client/customer with reasons stated for dissatisfaction and desired refund must be received for the refund to be considered and processed.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of refund request.

No refunds will be given for any advertisements placed on this site.
