What is Health Coaching?
Health coaching is a dynamic partnership between a trained coach and their client that recognizes the client's own ability to transform and heal their relationship with food, practice mindfulness, and create new habits. As an integrative nutrition health coach, I will support you in making gradual and sustainable lifestyle changes without dieting, deprivation, or willpower.

Health coaching is best for committed individuals who have already experienced a high level of success in their life. Ideal clients are self-starters and accountable but know that deep transformation and healing requires next level thinking that they can't get to on their own.
I work with clients one-on-one or in groups. I take a seasonal approach to health and well-being. Clients receive a copy of Integrative Nutrition: Feed Your Hunger for Health and Happiness (Kindle Version), access to my private Google+ community, and a one year subscription to Honeybee Holistic, which includes additional wellness resources and tools ($250 value).
Health Coaching Sessions
During this 75-minute session, we'll assess your health history and map out your health and wellness goals. You'll leave with clear action steps that will empower you to make lasting changes. These sessions are available in-person in NYC, online, or by phone.
One session, $150 / Three sessions, $375
Here's an opportunity to go through your pantry and fridge to discuss your food habits and how they align with your vision of health and wellness. We'll spend about 45 minutes to an hour.
Farmers Market / Grocery Store Tour
This tour runs about an hour and will teach you how to make the best purchasing decisions for your budget, using a seasonal, whole foods approach to meal planning and shopping.
$75pp, four people max
Seasonal Cooking Demo
During this two-hour session, you'll discover how easy it is to make a healthy meal with whole food ingredients in an hour or less. Session includes basic meal planning, knife skills, and tips on kitchen management.
2 Hours, $150 includes groceries for the recipe
Breathe on Purpose
Focused breathwork improves circulation and lung capacity, reduces stress, aids in mood disorders, and confers other benefits with consistent practice. This session can take place by phone or in person in NYC.
45 Minutes, $80 up to five people
It can be intimidating to try something new. Together, we'll spend a month trying out different yoga experiences throughout NYC to see which practice resonates with your personality and wellness goals.
$250/month includes a wellness passbook with access to yoga studios around NYC
